Hello,

My name is Grit. Originally from Germany, I now call Barcelona my home. At first, I only wanted to spend a few years here in this beautiful city, but I fell in love with Barcelona and without realizing it more than twenty years have passed!

I am a mother of three boys. I have learned an incredible amount from them, and they always manage to surprise me. We combine three languages at home. I speak German with my children, and they mostly respond to me in Catalan. They also speak Catalan with my husband while we both speak Spanish with each other.

I love team sports. I played handball for many years, and I enjoy accompanying my children to their games. I like to travel and enjoy discovering new places. I like being in the mountains but also love the sea. I find good friendships extremely valuable and consider being able to count on my friends a real gift.

I worked for an international corporation for many years. It was a really great experience that allowed me to learn so much. During this time, I found that I was particularly interested in projects that deal with improving processes and that I enjoy collaborating in teams.

A few years ago, I decided to reorient my career and to focus on what I truly enjoy. I can say with confidence that in the field of home organization coach, I have found what really inspires me. I furthermore find it particularly rewarding to be able to help other people.

I am a certified Organizer and member of AOPE (Asociación de Organizadores Profesionales de España).

I organize, optimize, and arrange the areas of your choice, depending on your current needs and depending on your current life situation.

I give your spaces structure and a system that meets your needs and allows you to feel comfortable and balanced in your home. If it is your workplace, I will transform it into a practical, productive, and functional place where you can work comfortably and efficiently. In both cases, I make sure that the new routines are easy to maintain and that you benefit from this change in the long term.

Depending on your personal situation and the time you have available, you can choose the service and support level that suits you best. You are able to choose between the following options:

Service On-site

I offer this service 100% on-site.

During the preliminary discussion we clarify and define your needs and goals.

Based on our preliminary discussion, I prepare a schedule, which optionally also includes a list of possible organizational materials.
I will guide you through phase in which you decide what stays and what can go.

We structure and arrange the space together or I do it alone, depending on what you decide.
After six weeks, we conduct a follow-up session, which can take place in person or via video call.

Service DIY

This service combines on-site sessions and online consultations.

During the preliminary discussion we clarify and define your needs and goals.

Based on our preliminary discussion, I prepare a schedule, which optionally also includes a list of possible organizational materials.

Option 1: We combine on-site coaching and tasks that you carry out yourself at your own pace following the plan we made.

Option 2: Based on the schedule, you organize and arrange your rooms at your own pace. We clarify doubts and questions in video calls.

After six weeks, we conduct a follow-up session, which can take place in person or via video call.

Service online

I offer this service 100% online.

During the preliminary discussion via video call, we clarify and define your needs and goals.

Based on our preliminary discussion, I prepare a schedule, which optionally also includes a list of possible organizational materials.

Based on the plan we made, you organize and arrange your rooms at your own pace.

ORGANIZATION OF DOCUMENTS, FOLDERS AND PAPER

Have you lost control of your documents and folders but you are eager to finally get them sorted and organized? I will develop a system that is individually tailored to you, with which you have a clear and coherent filing structure and can find everything quickly and easily.

How do I do it?

  • I sort all the documents by category and type of documents.
  • We check all documents to find out what you no longer need.
  • We structure and create a system that suits you so that you have everything at hand

ORGANIZATION OF REMOVALS

Moving is a major life change and can be very stressful. To make this experience more pleasant and lower your stress level, I will take care of the preparations. We will evaluate and choose together what you want to take with you to your new home, and I will prepare everything. If you wish, I am also able to support you with the structuring of your new home after the move.
